Responsibilities

Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a seasoned Marketing Program Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle – from strategic development and execution to driving measurable results that fuel our sales pipeline.

 

You're a Marketing Strategist & Results Champion

  • You excel at project management, ensuring flawless execution through meticulous planning, resource allocation, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • You possess a minimum of 7 years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of leading successful strategic campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
  • You're a strategic thinker who can develop high-impact campaigns across multiple channels aligned with business goals.


Collaboration & Execution: Your Keys to Success

  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, fostering strong relationships with various teams, including segment and product marketing, industry consultants, and sales leaders.
  • You're a highly motivated leader who can translate strategy into actionable plans and manage internal/external resources to achieve campaign objectives on time and within budget.


Data & Martech: Your Analytical Edge

  • You have a deep understanding of marketing technologies, including but not limited to Salesforce and Pardot. Uberflip and Demandbase a plus.
  • You leverage customer insights, market intelligence, and data analysis to personalize integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
  • You develop buyer personas and targeted campaigns that nurture leads through the buying journey, driving conversions and demonstrably impacting revenue.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to develop and execute measurable, high-impact campaigns and ABM programs that generate qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Experience managing the entire campaign lifecycle, from concept to execution, utilizing internal resources and vendors, and adhering to timelines/budgets.
  • Expertise in developing targeting strategies based on data and market research to reach the right prospects.
  • Strong content creation skills – you can craft compelling messaging, value propositions, and content across various formats (landing pages, infographics, etc.).
  • A keen ability to define, track, and analyze key campaign metrics using dashboards to demonstrate marketing's impact on revenue.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of media channels and marketing tactics attributed to sales objectives – although you seem to cover it in the first section.
